Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2022

News programs and services may excerpt portions of Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2022 telecast during the seven days following the premiere on April 9, 2022 solely for the purposes of reporting about Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2022 as an event and subject to the following conditions:
Broadcast Restrictions:
• Up to three minutes in total, but no more than 30 seconds of any single moment or performance, may be used within the period ending the first day following the telecast.
• Up to two minutes in total, not separate from the three minutes referenced above and no more than 30 seconds of any single moment or performance, may be used within the period of the second through seventh days following the telecast.
• Any display, exhibition or performance of the material must be accompanied by the chyron, “Courtesy of Nickelodeon.”

Online Restrictions:
• Up to 30 seconds may be used as part of a wrap-up package through the seventh day following the telecast (for purposes of clarification you may NOT use portions of Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2022 as standalone video assets).
• Any display, exhibition or performance of the material must be accompanied by the chyron, “Courtesy of Nickelodeon.”

 All of the photographs and video clips (the “Select Photographs and Video Clips”) made available hereunder are on a non-exclusive basis and may be used for editorial purposes only, such as news, entertainment information programming and/or talk show programming, and any websites directly associated with your particular news program, entertainment information program and/or talk show program. The Select Photography and Video Clips may only be used in the corresponding segment of the applicable news, entertainment information program and/or talk show program broadcast covering the 2022 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and for no other purpose whatsoever.
 No right to sell or otherwise monetize any of the Select Photography and Video Clips is permitted or authorized hereunder.
 No right to sublicense, assign or transfer the use of any Select Photography and Video Clips is permitted or authorized hereunder.
